Fascias, windows, doors, posts, weatherboards, verandah framework all need to be prepared, gaps filled & sanded, primed, painted. I have the paint but not the time. A cherry picker or similar will probably be required and I will pay for this in addition to the painting provided it can be co-ordinated by the painter.
