Fix Water Damaged Wall & Repaint Far Wall In Office

Back Wall of Office has water damage from roof leaks over an extended period of time. Previously, there was Office Furniture in front of the wall so some of the initial damage had been hidden or not easily seen. Damaged area is 1m x 1m patches x 2 or 3. Whole wall that needs painting similar colour to existing office is 20sqm. Depending on Tenant requirements and availablity this job may need to completed outside normal office hours. Please quote work done during normal office hours and outside normal office hours. Please advise availability & time the works will take to complete. Also, what needs to be done to treat the water damaged area. Thanks, Steve
