2) floor to ceiling is 6.5m
3) 3 side or walls to be painted white.
4) half of the wall to the ceiling on all 3 sides is painted white already. this will need one recoat. the top half will need two coats of double coat paint as the factory is built with bessa blocks.
5) there is one toilet & bathroom where the inner walls need to be painted as well.
6) the flooring of the factory needs to be painted with a floor suitable paint.
note: factory completely empty, which makes the job easier.
