The house is a 90sqm, 2 storey Queenslander; the top storey is clad with weatherboard profiled aluminum. We require the entire 2nd storey of external of house to be painted & also the primed pine balustrades of the 2nd storey decks painted the same colour as the house. The posts, decking and other structural members of the deck do not require painting. Cost of paint to be included, brand of paint to be approved also.
There will be no prep work involved, just 2 top coats.
