The building is an old weatherboard house. The front and driveway side of the house are exposed to sea winds and have begun to peel in places. The weatherboards are in reasonable condition. The whole house was painted at least 10 years ago the other walls are protected to a certain degree and have not begun to peel. I would like someone else to paint the front and side of the house.
