Require painting to exterior of large 2 storey house. height at rear of home is equivalent height to approx. 2.5 storey, so provider will need adequate safety equipment/ladder (cherry picker would probably be advantageous). grout to some exterior timber windows also requires replacement. some of the existing paint is very badly damaged (peeling) as home is 20+ years old and seems to have not been painted since construction! job partly completed.
