Quotation guideline
Note: Front and two sides of house will be sanded under separate agreement with ‘The Sandman ‘.
Paint will be supplied by owner (PPG Pure Performance Oil Base Primer and PPG Pure Performance 100% exterior gloss/low sheen acrylic). Colour will be three colours with the main colour being lighter than the current colour.
Looking for job to be undertaken in early August 2008 (The Sandman is booked for first week of August).
Quotation is for minor preparation (wash down of non sanded surfaces, putty etc.) and application of primer and two coats of paint.
We would prefer a quote for the total works but would consider an hourly rate quotation.
Areas to be painted are all currently painted surfaces (including fence) but excludes floor of back deck.
