Exterior:
Western Red Cedar boards on house. These require:
- sanding
- washing down (removal of dirt and mould)
- 1 coat of Dulux primer/sealer
- 2 coats of Dulux weathersheild paint
to all walls, window frames, exterior doors, eaves, facia's, barge baords, and all veranda wood work and posts, and rear deck railings.
Externally we also require the painting of 2 small sections of roof capping.
Front and rear deckings require timber rejuvination.
Internal:
Repaint internal ceilings, walls, doors, window frames, skirtings and architraves.
