Deck railings sanded and oiled

Kate requested 3 quotes from Painters in Annerley

The original owners built two new decks (back and front). It is the railing only in timber - the floor is tiled. The timber has been varnished and we think it needs sanding and oiling (instead of varnish). We would also like advice on whether to change the front timber railings to wire, so that future maintenance is minimised. Back steps are also wooden and require some work.
