We are needing a quote for the complete repaint of a 3 storey unit complex. Project to include the preparation and painting of all external walls, gutters, downpipes and other services, windows (some need major repair), fittings and fixtures. Additionally, repainting of 2 internal staircases including walls, roof and railings. Quote is to include a project plan and proposed timeline. Budget is of importance and we are seeking a group with the knowledge to provide significant planning and advice prior to the project includling colour schema, paint types, longevity, etc.
Project to also include:-
- Protection of yard, gardens and outdoor items.
- Complete clean of the buildings and surface preparation including mortar repairs, patching or chaulking, if required. (Secondary outcome of the painting is to ensure the building is water tight, especially around windows).
- Removal of loose or old paint.
- Priming and painting.
- Management of all associated services, equipment hire and costs.
- Worksmanship guarantee required.
