Original ceiling of 50 year old cottage needs to be repaired and repainted in the kitchen, dining and main bedroom. Ceiling paint is peeling and cracked, the worse instance of this is in the dining room and kitchen. The main bedroom is less severe but cracks and flaking paint are visible. Tiled Roof was recently replaced with new colourbond as it was in poor condition and was contributing to the deterioration of the paintwork on the ceiling.
