The house requires guttering, windows, air vents, veranda and carport uprights, staircase rails, 3 exterior doors painted white. The paint is off some parts of the guttering.
The eaves do not require painting. There are two side gates that also do not require painting.
There is also a small area of fibro sheeting to be a painted.
Most surfaces are painted gloss white. There is a contrast colour on the front exterior door and the fibro sheeting has been painted cream to match the brick work.
The house is on a sloping block. The front of the house is 5m to the guttering. There is good access around all sides of the house.
