Small bathroom and toilet - walls and ceiling to be painted in an apartment. Paint is peeling in places on ceiling and requires sanding and scraping back/preparation beforehand. I would like to see a mould resistant paint used and specified in the quote. There is only one window, & requires enamel re-painting but also needs a sandback as it isnt closing fully. 2 coats on walls and ceilings, as well as the window.
