I am moving into a fairly large 3 bedroom rental property on bondi beach - i need someone to give the place a fresh coat of plain white paint - it is a single level apartment, so no stairs, just 3 medium size bedrooms, a large lounge/dining room/kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
i am not looking for an all out high quality job as it is a rental property (so no lining paper, undercoats etc) - it is really just a freshening up of the place.
i get the place on 17 september, but do not move in until the weekend, so can have a couple of days with no furniture if you can do it on 17-19 sep.
