Myy house is a two storey dwelling. it was originally just face brick and then subsequently bagged and painted 6years ago. the current colour is yellow. i would like to have dwelling re painted, possibly into different colour.

What do have to do to get trades people to bother to come and give a quote! I don't know how you can market yourselves as "the most reliable". You cancelled the appointment, promised to ring back to set up a new one, and I am yet to hear from you again. Not a good start if you want my business. Just a waist of time! Back to the Yellow pages again.

I am appalled at the poor customer service. An appointment was made by to visit and assess and quote for the job. No one bothered to even show up or even ring up to cancel or even apologise after for not showing up. I am disgusted at this discourteous conduct. Business must be good to treat prospective customers with such disdain. Wait till the tables are turned! Won't be long with this type of poor customer service.
