Am needing a reasonably priced painter who can paint 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, hall way of my 2 bed rental unit. Walls are heavily marked due to unclean tenants and the 2nd bedroom had a smoker so walls will need to be prepared before painting

After finding out my unit had been trashed by the tenants and having to renovate the whole unit, the 1st correspondence I had with Fred, and all other correspondence there after has been a delight. Out of all the tradespeople I saw the day Fred came to give me a quote, Fred was the most attentive and pleasant and more than willing to go above and beyond to help me with my situation. The only reason why I didn't end up using Fred's services was due to lack of funds to complete the whole renovation.
