Tossing up between doing up the engine in the car or buying a v8-have decided i would get better value for money if the v6 was souped up. as a new car it was a speed machine-i have refused to drive it till the engine gets done i want the works-high performance-want it to leave a v8 looking sick. i also want it lpg ready as i will take advantage of the govt. subsidy-pure lpg-petrol 2 expensive-the car has a 120 litre long rang tank would cost $150 t fill it up-i am on a disability pension and will not be able 2 afford it. the car has deteriorated in many areas-the fast glass(electric windows) dont work, nor do the mirrors and possibly the air con as well-it needs time and money which i have to bring it up to spec and beyond. have worked at federal mogul and then national parts so i know a great deal about parts their cost etc. i have been ripped off in the past & dont want that to happen again-i really need an honest appraisal of the costs 2 repair everything but the engine and then an appraisal on the hotting up of the engine-i am not saying i need some super engine rebuilders but -it would be nice
