Keyless Entry not working on Honda Civic 2003

I have a Honda Civic 2003 model, and my keyless entry doesn't work. The battery in the remote has been replaced, and I have tried reprogramming the remotes, still no good. I have also checked the fuses under the bonnet but they seem to be ok.
Looking for a reasonable quote to get this keyless entry problem sorted out.
