Driving back from coast on M1. car started to smoke pulled over to nearest exit and took it to nearest mechanic, 2 min drive. Found it had a faulty thermostat was causing the engine to overheat.... Thermostat was replaced and a tee kay test carried out, with evidence of a blown head gasket.
