I need a mobile/ honest mechanic to do a rw certificate at my home

my car is being sold and vic roads have said there is no such thing as a 28 day permit. i need someone reliable honest and not dodgy to come to my home and issue my road worthy cert. cops went over my car with a fine tooth comb only a month ago so i know it's going to pass easily. happy to pay call out fee or give slab to local mechanic who does them but generally doesn't do house calls
