Have a faulty high speed fan relay(replace) & cooling problems

Need fan relay replaced. also having some temp probs and some minor electrical(window) would like a service 100000km and suspension looked at right rear wheel lower than left and it is wearing the inside right tyre. would also like a inspection of the vehicle to inform me of any probs i have not found myself. the car is a holden vu v8 2001 model ute. for these jobs a workshop will be required.
