Disconnect alarm to be able to run van - alarm keeps going off

lost both original keys for toyota van. it came with engine immobiliser and central locking and alarm all on the key. Now I lost the original keys with the on off buttons and all I have is a cut key to open doors and drive. However the alarm keeps going off- tried to disconnect from battery and run flat but when i reconnected the battery to start driving the alarm went off again - so I need to disconnect the alarm permantely. the van was bought new from toyota but they fitted the alarm with an outside source before they sold me the van. So it was all opearted by the same key.
