Contacted Gary and explained the whole system, how to use it and saved him a call out as what he wanted was already there. He was very happy with my advice and found out he had the switch already.

  Mastercontrol came promptly to look at the job, but did not provide us with a quote as promised - we felt a little let down by their lack of response to phone calls and emails requesting contact:(
