Snapped car key and need replacement

I have snapped the car key to my 1995 Ford Festiva. It isn't snapped in the ignition or anything but I've lost one half of the key. I need a locksmith to come to my house and arrange a replacement key for me. I am trying to find the cheapest quote possible. I would be looking to get it done this weekend if possible or early next week. I don't have a key code or anything because I can't get into the vehicle to get the manual.
