This apartment was a longtime ago was part of the hotel at the Grand Hotel and as such had a Vingcard for the entry lock, it has been subsequently privately owned and occupied. The hotel has recently upgraded the Vingcard locks at the hotel and can no longer provide keys for access and as such we need to change over to a key lock. The building is a heritage listed and we need to install the same lockset as are on all the other apartments. It has been suggested by the building management that a Brass Lockwood Synergy Mortice Lockset is required.
