The key in the balcony door lock is broken and the key part is stuck inside the lock cylinder, and it is in a lock position. Could someone please come and remove the lock cylinder so the door can be open again, and a separate quote for replacing the lock cylinder (note, the existing lock cylinder is damaged beyond repair)
