Past housemate tried and failed to put a new door knob and lock in the door between the back of my garage and indoor. He failed miserably. Before I could lock the door shut, now I have a heavy wooden stick holding it shut. He destroyed my prior ability to lock the door and his failed attempt to fit a lock failed and was abandoned. In good faith I did not ask for a bond from this guy, so I am taking court action. I am confident of this action but I need a quote ASAP. First to quote gets the Job. Dont want to inflate the repair just fair and honest price - Any automated email replies will be ignored. First quote - First to get Job.
Also I need to refit an internal bolt lock, which I have, to a sliding glass door. I have two external large gates which give access to my property. They both have the good stainless steel keypads to unlock - I need the old code changed for security which is not an easy things to do. I am a disabled pensioner so please dont get too exited with the price :-0
