Steve called very quickly after I posted the job and gave us a quote over the phone which was competitively priced to the other quotes we received. Steve re-keyed about 8 of our locks to one key and provided advice on replacing locks and door handles as we needed. We had an issue with one lock after Steve had left, whilst it was a little hard to organise another time for him to come back. When he did, he went to a lot of effort / time to solve what was causing the issue at no extra cost to us which was really appreciated.
