Hi, I have a single wood garage door that will not open, i have tried and tried but it seems that the mechanics in the door lock have broken, unfortunatley i cannot get into the garage via the Roller door as this is also locked, I really need a quote before i do this as i am choising to get this fixed myself as the Landlord is taking too long!
