Hi there,
We have a lock in our elevator that restricts floors(we are the only tenant so its our lift!, and it restricts so people dont leave through the basement without paying) it works fine, but when you unlock it the whole barrel comes out with the key.
im told its an easy fix (needs a screw on the back?)
