Wayne came to the school to fix a door handle of an outside portable. He tried for an hour to fix it. When we went to see how it was going, he was packing up his things and left the door handle off and broken so that we couldn't not fix it or even lock the door. We now have to pay extra for another locksmith to come out and fix it. We are very disappointed with his service and question his skills as a locksmith. We also question Service Central's checking of tradesmans' skills. Response From: Meadow Glen Primary School.
