Broken Immobiliser Key - Lock/Unlock buttons don't work and cover is broken

I have a 2003 Holden Cruze with Immobilizer Key. The key itself has a cover which is broken (currently secured with tape) and also the buttons (lock/unlock) don't work - possibly battery?. However I want to know if I can get a new cover for my key and the buttons working again. Many thanks. I went to Mr Minit at North Sydney but they couldn't help me. I'm happy to go to wherever (within reason) to get this fixed.
