We have one light which does not work, we believe it to be the switch. there was an elaborate light attachment on the ceiling which did not work, we have since attached a batten holder with regular globe and still not work. we would like somebody to check this fitting/switch to ensure no further electrical damage exists

Tom was quick to respond to the query, however when scheduling, we tentatively established a morning timeslot for a Friday. I called him on the Thursday and it seemed Friday morning was still reasonable, there was some dependency on the other jobs. At midday, I called Tom, he told us it wouldn't be until after 4pm. Around 3:45, called Tom again to see where he was, he told us about an hour (roughly 5pm). We told him we would only be able to see him through to 6:30pm. At 6:45pm I called him and left a msg, no response. He has not yet (a) called us back, (b) come to fix the job. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I rate a 1 star based on quick response
