Retaining wall required on the side boundary vertical cut of a fairly steeply sloping up block (north to south), partly into a back batter across the block, required to enable the west end of a house to be built close to the boundary. needs to be of 2 metre long concrete sleepers in two sections (nominally 2 metres high) for best economy. requires two h columns about 3.5 metres long and one about 2 metres long (in the back batter) . detailed design drawing, description, photos and soil report can be emailed. engineering justification for council may be required.
