Urgent repair of retaining wall side house 10sqm

I have a large (30m long x 2m high) structural retaining wall approx. 2m from the side of my house. during the recent storms, one of the posts has come out and hence 2 sections have fallen down (approx 5m long x 2m high).
this needs to be fixed urgently as there is a house just on the other side of the wall, approx 2m away from this damage.
it would require debris removal, new post and approx 24 sleepers + labour.
