Top-dress 140sqm lawn with washed river sand

I have recently laid instant turf (matilda buffalo) on 2 separate lawn areas. 45sqm at the front of the house, and 95sqm at the rear of the house. Both areas are flat. The access to the rear is via a 4m wide concrete driveway.
I would like these areas to be top dressed with washed river sand ASAP to smooth any undulations and to fill any joins.
I would like the top dressing to be approx 10mm over the entire lawn - 1.5 cubic metres. Please quote a price including the sand.
