I am about to commence building a double storey townhouse at the rear of my property, and require some to supply the materials for, and construct the retaining wall. The site cut / excavation is due to commence in the next couple of days, and once this is completed, the retaining wall needs to go up as my property is on an upwards slope. I have building plans and an engineer's report which outlines how the retaining wall needs to be done, eg, timber sleepers.
