Our existing small backyard garden consists of shrubs and mulch (and a large paved pergola area). Some shrubs would need to be removed to install the lawn. Area is totally flat, virtually weed free, and there is a sprinkler system installed. Existing young Michaela trees (eleven) along the fence lines to be maintained. Hopefully these can be pruned and shaped as well.
