We want to have the driveway and side of house concreted with stamp pattern. The existing driveway which consist of timber and pebble stones to be removed and driveway levelled. A small retaining wall icluding soil to be removed to widen the driveway. The existing pathway is to be cleaned and sprayed with the same colour as the driveway. It is just raw concrete at present. A new pathway with 2-3 steps to be constructed leading up to the front porch steps. This will also be in the same colour stamped pattern concrete. It involves cutting into existing retaining wall to create steps & pathway.
All mesurements are subject to builders' own measurements/ estimations.
