Require a retaining wall against a property fence approx 4m long x .5m high, ANY material EXCEPT wood sleepers. Concrete sleepers OK.
Also require reinstallation of a small retaining wall just removed to allow access for machinery - it was a sleeper and post style, 2 sleepers long and two high - Ag pip already in place.
