Site preparation of 225sqm approx, there is approx 1 tonne of fill on the site in the back area which needs to be spread out, the front of the lot has a little excess dirt that will be used up when preparing the site, turf underlay (soil mix) for the site is needed as well as sir walter turf for 225 sqm , the site is flat just raising a few areas to get it level and to be above building foundation, we also require 3 garden beds totalling 22metres out of treated pine sleepers.
whilst the site is fenced panels can be removed for easier access, the lot next door is empty which assists with easier access.
