Ross requested 3 quotes from Landscapers in Spearwood

Sunken area of pavers likely due to incorrect de-commissioning of the old septic system with a small limestone retaining wall over the top. Close proximity pavers are now sinking.
Job requires:
• Remove and stack existing pavers
• Excavate area over septic system
• Compact all excavated areas where possible
• Supply and install concrete footing support over septic system and ensure concrete overlaps concrete tank to prevent any further sinking
• Supply yellow sand as required to fill hole
• Compact all excavated areas where new sand has been filled
• Re-pave area with existing pavers
• Install cement locking strip alongside pavers and top coat pavers with sand to prevent pavers moving
• Clean site
Please note: All materials will need to be transported through garage
Note: Property is a rental and arrangements for access to be made through Property Manager from Tuesday 29 March. I will provide details.
