The property is a rental property being managed by an agent at 64 marshall road, holland park west. they have made the "mistake" of cutting down all the above mentioned plants along one fenceline of the property (to stumps – some of these will need to be removed separately to this quote). an existing 600m wide garden bed exists along the fence, and the intention is that the trees will be planted in this location.
i require quotes for the two options below to present to the agent to come to an agreement for the final scope of works. please note the budget provided is subject to change, depending on the work required.
option 1
provide, plant and establish the following mature plants for a sub-tropical garden that are self-sustainable. please provide a description of works required and approximate cost per plant.
•2 large trees (4-5m high)
•5 medium trees (3-4m high)
•2 medium trees (2-3m high)
•12-15 medium shrubs (2-3m high)
option 2
provide, plant and establish the following immature plants for a sub-tropical garden of a size that is self-sustainable to grow to the size indicated. please provide a description of works required and approximate cost per plant.
