Building a new home. Currently at slab stage. Excavation has identified need for retaining across the rear (15m), along one side (up to 30m), half the front and along the driveway (approx 7m + 3m) and steps to the other side (2-3 rise @ 2m). Potentially steps in front yard. To create a level site that sits lower than the rear neighbours.
Prefer use of treated pine that sit into metal posts.
See also job post for excavation needed by Sunday 18 July 2010, as will consider quotes for all work done by one company if you can accommodate the landscaping when home is complete in October 2010.
