Retaining Wall Repair

A retaining wall approximately 90-100CM tall, 10 meters long has had a couple of posts give in after the wet last year. Needs repair, i.e. be dug back, a 4-5 new posts and backfilled/drainage. The sleepers are in good nick, so they don't need be replaced. See picture attached. I'm interested in doing this at the lowest cost possible. Easy access from street (parallel to driveway).
