replace existing sleeper retaining wall with steel/concrete equivalent. Wall is approx 2m sloping down to about 400mm. The high end is structural. I have a detailed document with photographs, plans in proximity to the property, contact details. Happy to take recommendations on material other than just wooden posts. It could be a block wall, I beam post and concrete sleepers, linkblock, proper bricked wall.
I would prefer you inspect first and provide a best option as i'm open to what fits the best for the property (other walls at galv I-beam + wooden sleepers).
The property has tenants and I (owner) currently live in Melbourne. Property is also in Wife's name and as such work is not a tax deduction, so price is a consideration just as much as the longevity and quality of the solution.
As i'm not physically present, please don't quote if you think you require 'full payment up front' as I will need some validation (from Tenant and photos) to be comfortable the work has been completed.
There is significantly more work that than to be done at the property for retaining walls as well, so the successful bid will be first preference for the (much costlier) other structural retaining work.
