Replace existing timber deck with a new one. Dimensions: Approx 4m x 1.6m, to fill the gap between house and side timber paling fence. Finished height approx 0.3m above ground level.
Steps needed at each end down to existing paving (one step at one end and two steps at the other end). Very simple bench seating desired along fence side.
Hinged section needed so that we can open the access hatch to our hot water service.
