Repairing ~4m long part of a retaining wall

Erden requested 2 quotes from Landscapers in Chapel Hill

A 4m x 2m section of the retaining wall started to move apart from the rest. A couple of rocks became dislodged already. The wall is made out of bush rocks cemented to each other. I would consider suggestions on either repairing or replacing it. This wall is in the border between my property and next door neighbour.
