Replace an remove old decking with lilydale toppings. Decking is currently running down side of house for approx 12m. Will need to be 1m+ in width. Unfortunately access is difficult due very narrow block, only access is through house via galley kitchen.
House Occupant is disabled and requires a level pathway to access rear garden.
