Remove and replace retaining wall

I have an old brick built retaining wall approx 1m high that has collapsed due to proximity of large trees.
Need to remove the trees (permit will not be required) and replace the wall possibly with 'I' beam and concrete planks (?) and I then want to place a timber fence on top.
Access will not be easy as there is very limited access on the lower side of the wall.
There is also limited access for 'machinery' on the upper side so a lot of it will have to be done manually.
Wall is approx 5m in length.
